Exterior cleaning and work at height
Runs the crews, quotes the difficult jobs, and still goes up on the ropes when a building needs someone who has done it a thousand times.
Ihor started out on ropes on high-rise facades, moved into running crews, and founded Water Crew Cleaning in Melbourne to do exterior work the way he thought it should be done: fixed quotes, the same faces on every visit, and nobody sent up a building without the training to be there.
He still quotes anything unusual himself — heritage render, awkward access, buildings where the only way to the glass is over the edge. If a job cannot be done safely for the money, he says so rather than sending a crew to find out the hard way.
