Things worth knowing before you book
How soon can you come?
Usually two to three days for standard residential work. Urgent jobs and pre-sale deadlines we will try to fit the same week — say so on the form and we will tell you honestly.
Do you clean in winter?
Yes. Cold does not stop window or gutter work; only sustained heavy rain and high wind do, and then we reschedule rather than do a poor job.
How do you handle three storeys and up?
Rope access, by operators certified for it, or a lift where the site allows one. Both are quoted up front — there is no surcharge that appears later.

We publish where it went. Ask any time and we will show you.
Four steps, no mystery
What you actually get
Fully insured, including public liability and work at height. Certificates come with the quote.
48-hour rain guarantee on window cleaning. If Melbourne does what Melbourne does, we come back.
Biodegradable products and soft-wash methods, so nothing corrosive ends up in your garden.
Fixed quotes. The number we give you is the number on the invoice.
These are the jobs booked for a reason: an inspection, a handover, an auction, or a power bill that has quietly crept up because the panels have not been touched in three years.
