The questions we get asked most
How much does it cost?
It depends on access, height and how much there is. A single-storey house wash sits at the low end; three storeys with rope access sits at the high end. The quote form takes about a minute and gets you a real number, not a range.
What happens if it rains?
Melbourne being Melbourne, this comes up a lot. If it rains within 48 hours of a window clean, we come back and redo the affected glass at no charge.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the first visit, and only so we can agree access and any awkward spots. After that most clients leave us to it and we send photos when the job is done.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, including public liability and height work. Certificates go out with the quote — ask any contractor who cannot produce them why not.
What do you use on the plants?
Biodegradable products throughout, and garden beds get rinsed down before and after. Roof and render work is soft wash, so nothing corrosive goes into the soil.
